The Sheene Mill wedding photography by Cambridge wedding photographers, Invision Photography. I had not been back to The Sheene Mill for around 18 months, and the last time was in cold, snowy conditions. Andy and Grace had much the opposite, with the ceremony outside, beside the lake, bathing in beautiful sunshine. The day started just the same as any other, with a few bridal preparation shots, when suddenly the hairdresser came over all faint. Luckily, the best man was a hairdresser and stepped in to rescue the concerned Grace. The day ran smoothly afterwards, and I even got to fly my drone over the lake, for a few clips of video and some photographs. A very enjoyable, fun wedding – congratulations Andy and Grace!
Here is Andy and Grace’s Wedding story, as told by Grace:
“We both met through mutual friends when I (Grace) was 15, and Andy was just turning 18. As an older guy who could drive, Andy seemed like the perfect choice, plus with the same surname, I knew I could have my dream of always being Grace Elizabeth Clark. Andy proposed in Portugal, and from then the planning began. First we started with the venue, we wanted somewhere which would suit our numbers and we could make our mark.

When it came to photography we always wanted someone who could give us some fun and original photos, and would make us feel at ease. As soon as we met Neil, we knew he was the one, including helping the bride manage a hair crisis on the day.

The DJ’s, we wanted people who could throw a true party, and the Black Tie DJs fitted in perfectly.

The wedding day was not without a few hiccups, including a hairdresser who ended up in A&E with best man having to step in. I walked down the aisle to Kevin Hall playing Luis Armstrong wonderful world (a song I always said I would have at my wedding) and saw Andy standing at the end of the aisle, all the worries went away. As we cut into our caterpillar wedding cake and danced to Al Green lets stay together the evening began and the party quickly took over from there, with a rap from the bridesmaids, snow angels from the bride, and the groom and best man waltzing together, a Clark Wedding and brilliant memories were made.”
