Pricing
Event Photography Pricing
For charity events, we are usually free of charge, depending on circumstances. We take no payment to attend, and we usually sell our images through a password-protected online gallery. We also donate around 15% of our profit back to the charity that we are attending.
For all other events, the exact cost depends on many factors, such as number of images and their intended use.
Basic costs are provided below, but please contact us for a more detailed quotation.
Hourly/ Day rates
- 1st hour @ £65
- Additional hours or part hours @ £55
- Half-day @ £230
- Day rate @ £400
For photography services outside of Cambridgeshire, a minimum half day rate will apply.
Rates are exclusive of travel or accommodation (where applicable).
Travel
Within 15 miles from Cambridge city centre, free of charge.
UK travel outside Cambridge charged on a mileage basis.
Overseas by special arrangement.
Image supply
CD writing cost of £12, plus £2.50 per additional CD
DVD writing cost of £14, plus £4.00 per additional DVD
Additional Photoshop work based on an hourly rate of £55
Prints of images are available to specific order.
