James & Katrina’s wedding at Parklands Quendon Hall, in Essex, was one of my last weddings of the season, and what a fantastic affair it was! I met Katrina & James a few years ago at another wedding that I shot, and it turned out that, on the day, there were three previous couples as guests, as well as some of their families, which made it feel like I was photographing old friends, it was really special. If you haven’t … Read More
Recommended Wedding Photographers for Swynford Manor I first met Marcus and Samantha when I photographed Sam’s brother getting married last year, so this was a very easy wedding, as I already knew many of the guests. I started with preparation shots at Sam’s parents’ house, then we made our way to the church of St Andrew, Chesterton, for the ceremony. This church was where Sam’s parents and her brother got married, so it has become a bit of a family … Read More
This was the perfect example of a summer wedding at Madingley Hall! Stunning location and architecture (Madingley Hall, Cambridge), Pimm’s and bubbles on the lawn, Panama hats, summer dresses, garden games (the croquet was particularly popular!), good music, good food, glorious weather! Roseanne & Ali are good friends of ours and I had already photographed their emotional, intimate wedding ceremony at Corpus Christi College back in October. Following the birth of their beautiful daughter, they decided to celebrate their marriage … Read More
After a manic summer, we are finally catching up with a few wedding blog entries! Lucy and Andrew’s wedding was an eventful day, which started off with a game of golf for the boys at the Par 3 course of Bourn Golf Club. This included a swim in the lake, which didn’t turn out to be a great idea (I forget who suggested it, I was just there to photograph it!), as Andrew broke his ring finger while climbing out … Read More
Congratulations to Matt & Catherine, married last week at The Sheene Mill in Melbourn, Royston. Catherine and Matt were lucky with the weather, so the ceremony took place outside, over the lake. It was a very intimate affair and very nice to photograph. Congratulations to you both, have a great honeymoon!
Our photo booth has been very busy lately in and around Cambridge, not only with our wedding couples, but also with parties, proms and college leavers balls. We are very proud to be able to offer this great photo booth to our clients, especially as there are so many bad photo booths being put out for hire from various companies. If you are looking for a photo booth, get in touch to see if we are available and what we … Read More
We had the pleasure of photographing Louise and Robert at the lovely Sheene Mill in Melbourn, on Thursday 16th June. Luckily, Louise had chosen to make use of the temporary marquee, as exactly as the ceremony finished, it started pouring down – got to love the unpredictable British summer! Rob Gough was at the wedding reception, wowing the guests with his great magic skills, and once again, the photo booth was out for the quests to enjoy in the evening. … Read More
As part of our wedding photography, we offer a pre wedding shoot, but this was the first time we had actually photographed the proposal. Deniz had called to see if we could take on the challenge of photographing him whilst on a punt, without looking suspicious. Yes, was the answer, and as you can see, Ruken had no idea at all that she was being photographed. Luckily for Deniz, she said YES!
Invision Photography Ltd are the recommended wedding photographer for the stunningly beautiful Madingley Hall. We are lucky to be able to showcase our albums when a new wedding couple visits Madingley Hall – this will then hopefully encourage the bride- and groom-to-be to contact us! 🙂 Here are a few pages from one of the albums that are shown on our behalf, with a few images from various weddings that we have photographed at this very special wedding venue.
Barrington Hall Wedding photographers On Sunday, 15 May 2016, we will be exhibiting at Barrington Hall‘s first wedding festival! We are very excited about this fresh concept, which aims to move away from the traditional wedding fair, to give brides and grooms-to-be a fun experience, with a festival flavour (think quirky, vintage, boho), in beautiful surroundings near Cambridge. We will be joining other passionate wedding professionals to help you plan a wedding less ordinary. Our wedding photography style firmly focuses on … Read More
